...line up...

this is my character line up and the size they'll be in comparison to each other...im realy happy and i find their colour pallets sit well together.

well this would be the hehro now im quite happy with his design nowi need to add some detail to this i want to give him a belt and the clothes need shading as alot of the definitions are lost, when iv done this me thinks hell be fully awesome :D

...character head line up...

these are the head of my three characters i put them together to see if they worked...im quite happy with my designs but i may change the boy , he was the first one i did , thats my ezcuse for it being worse :D

im gunna do the body for these characters next :D

...hero head....

this is the digital version of my hero head ....i drew them out first and then drew ontop of it in flash...im realy happy with this character now i didnt like my original final design so developed it a bit to suit my other characters. :D

..hero action poses...

I found the hero harder to do the action poses i dont know why really, i think its because i didnt enjoy doing it as much as i enjoyed doing the boy drawings.my favourite one is on the second page on the left, its simple but i think thats why i liked it.

...development of the characters as a whole.....

I did the outline characters page and decided to develop the character as a group, i looked at how their silouettes worked, this was really successful, you can tell the difference between the good and evil characters, the good ones have all rounded edges and the monster have sharp edges on their hands and are more pointy.

I took the  textured pieces I did for the individual characters  and put them together to see how they looked, this workd realy well, i think the colours work nicely aswel . It would be nice to maybe incorrperate the fabric effect on my final piece with the monsters.

These are the basic colours i chose for the characters. i may change the colour of the hero slightly becasue it looks a but sharp, you can see this easier when all the charactersa are put together.

This is my outline line up of all the characters, I was really happy with them when I put them all together :D I think it works really well.

..hero win...

this is my superhero with the whole materials thing :D. i may have stole another uniform for this fabric thing :d hehe. I realy liked the material of it, think it makes him look smooth and super awesome :D

....agh development ...everywhere...

well these are soem development again, same as the other first i looked at different styles for the costumes, the hair colours for Max the i looked at what colour i wanted the hero to be, i realy liked the blalck one for the colour, but after i did these i realised makes him look like a villain instead of a hero, and i don;t want the audience to think hes evil so i decided to change the colour again and made him a light shade of blue, this also fits with the colours of the boy character.

..expressions of a superhero....

I was preety happy with the expression sheets that i produced for my hero :D. I found the shape of his face changed a bit from what i had him as originally, i rounded his jaw a bit and made his ears a bit better. I thinks some of these expressions worked realy well.

many many drawings later I finally reached a design that I realy liked, I gave him a bigger upper body to show his strength and he had skinny legs so he fitted with the other characters, I gave him big arms aswel because he punches the monsters. :D

...changes to my hero :D ...

developing the hero time was a go :Dmy hero didnt fit the style at all was soo different that need to change it alot, the only thing i kept the same was the head because i liked it :D

I'm glad i decided to develop it because it looked much better when i changed it, realy helped when i spoke to people about it because i was struggling with the design.

...a little more development...

As you can see from these i pushed the designs a little more to see is bigger arms or little arms looked better and so on, i finally reached one that i was happy with :D yays..

...hero stylizing is a go.....

So....developed this guy a bit more aswel, i kept the head the same because i liked the one i had designed, i changed his eyes a little and the eye mask i think :D i tried different body shapes to try and fit this guy into the style I wanted aswel, it seems to have a line crotch theme going on :D

I did alot of designs for the face and then found one i liked which became my final design, this is my final character, only problem is he doesnt realy fit with my pther characters and neither does my mum so some further development is needed here :D...
